Adlabs revised its price band and extended the closing date

Adlabs Entertainment Ltd has extended the closing date for it's IPO due to lukewarm response from investors. Issue was planned to close today but now it will close on March 17, 2015. Accordingly, the price band has been revised to Rs. 180/- to Rs. 215/- from the existing price band of Rs. 221/- to Rs. 230/-.

Adlabs Entertainment IPO subscribed 0.44 times on day 3. Issue has received bids for 76,89,760 shares as against issue size of 1,76,04,092 shares. Retail investors will get discount of Rs. 12. Adlabs Entertainment IPO shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.

Inox Wind IPO to open on Mar 18th

Inox Wind Ltd is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO consisting of a fresh Issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 700 Crore ("Fresh Issue") and an Offer for Sale of 10,000,000 Equity Shares by Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 315/- at lower level and Rs 325/- at upper level. The minimum bid lot is 45 equity shares and in multiples of 45 equity shares thereafter.

Inox Wind Limited is leading wind power solutions provider in India. Inox manufactures wind turbine generators. Company also offer services including wind resource assessment, site acquisition, infrastructure development, erection and commissioning, and also long term operations and maintenance of wind power projects.

The issue opens on Mar 18, 2015 and closes for subscription on Mar 20, 2015. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Adlabs Entertainment IPO subscribed 0.18 times on day 2. Adlabs has received bids for 32,01,965 shares as against issue size of 1,76,04,092 shares. Issue will close tomorrow for subscription. Retail investors will get discount of Rs. 12. Adlabs Entertainment IPO shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.

Ortel IPO has been successfully closed, offer size reduced

Ortel Communications IPO successfully closed today; despite it remain unsubscribed, after the offer size has been reduced. As per statement by the book running lead manager of the issue, ‘Ortel has successfully raised its entire primary capital requirement as stated in the IPO Red Herring Prospectus, along with providing partial exit to New Silk Route (NSR)’.

Ortel Communications IPO received bids for 71,23,125 shares against an offer of 94,42,575 shares. The reduced issue size is not yet available.

Ortel Communications Ltd is a regional cable television and high speed broadband services provider in India entered the capital market with a public issue of 12,000,000 Equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each. The issue opens on Mar 03, 2015 and closed today for subscription on Mar 05, 2015. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 181/- at lower level and Rs 200/- at upper level.
